NX is shared between MapleStory and MapleStory Classic World, according to Nexon's Classic World FAQ. Maple Points do not carry over, and Classic World has no MVP status. Check the currency name before assuming a balance or benefit from the other game applies.

Shared NX does not prove that an item, an outfit or a promotion is shared. Open the Classic World shop and inspect that product's own description. This guide does not instruct you to purchase currency or enter account details on a fan site; use the official client and Nexon account pages for account actions.

AP Reset versus SP Reset

Nexon's Founder's Access shop notice lists both scrolls at 7,000 NX each:

ItemListed effect
AP Reset ScrollResets attributes, including AP invested into HP and MP
SP Reset ScrollResets skills, excluding Beginner skills

These are dated official catalog prices, not a live quote. Before using either scroll, write down the new allocation and check which problem it solves. If only your next weapon's requirement is unclear, use the stat guide first. An AP correction and a skill redistribution are separate decisions.

For example, a Bandit transition may discuss reallocating first-job attack SP. That calls for checking the SP item, not assuming an AP scroll changes skills. A no-reset route can also be viable; buying both scrolls is not a normal advancement requirement.

What to check in the current catalog

The official shop notices cover cosmetics, pets and pet items, store permits, inventory expansions and resets. Read each listing for duration, exchange rules and use conditions. An exchange coupon's timer and the resulting item's duration can be different; do not infer one from the other.

For a dated example, the Grand Launch notice lists the Beauty Essentials Pack at 5,900 NX, once per account, and the Grand Launch Mystery Fashion Crate sale through November 4, 2026 at 07:59 UTC. These are separate listings. Check the current notice when visiting after the review date, especially before assuming a seasonal item remains available.

If buying, gifting or trading is blocked

Read the exact error before retrying. Compare the account, currency, product conditions and inventory space. A product's availability is different from permission to trade it. If the client shows a debt notice, the Debt System restricts Cash-item trading and Cash Shop gifting while debt remains. That is distinct from ordinary new-account trade timing.

If the displayed balance or purchase result is wrong, retain the transaction reference privately and use Nexon Player Support. Repeating an unclear purchase is not a reliable way to diagnose it.

Mesos are a different planning problem

This page describes NX shop rules, not a guaranteed NX-to-meso conversion. For quest rewards, materials and potion budgeting, use the meso farming guide. Compare what your character needs before spending either currency.
