MapleStory Classic Housing: How to Buy Your First Home
Reach Visitor Citizenship, find Bianca or Scarlett and understand the one-home, account-shared housing rule.

Become a citizen and reach Visitor grade or above, then buy a home with mesos from Bianca in Henesys or Scarlett in Kerning City. Your account can own one home at a time, shared across its characters.
From a new arrival to a homeowner
- At level 12 or above, begin Citizenship with Arthur in Henesys Town Hall or Roxy in Kerning City Civic Center.
- Check your Citizenship grade. Housing requires Visitor or higher, not merely reaching level 12.
- Use the town's Community Board requests to earn Contribution when you need to progress your grade.
- Speak to the Housing Registrar in your chosen town: Bianca — Henesys; Scarlett — Kerning City.
- Read the current purchase conditions and meso price in the game before confirming.
What your home supports
The official introduction confirms furniture decoration, inviting other players and visiting their homes. Since housing is account-shared, do not plan to buy a separate house for every character. The same introduction limits ownership to one home at a time.
Choosing between the two towns
Choose around the town you actually use: your instructor, regular shops and friends' meeting place. The launch notes confirm both locations but do not establish a universal best purchase. Check the registrar before assuming a particular house, furniture item or move option is included.
The launch announcement does not provide a complete price list or resale/refund rule. This page therefore does not quote an unverified purchase price or promise that switching towns recovers your mesos. Treat the current purchase dialog as the final check before spending.
