MapleStory Classic World Download & Login: Nexon or Steam
Find the official Classic World client through Nexon Launcher or Steam, check Windows and Mac support, and identify where a login attempt fails.
Get Global MapleStory Classic World through the official Nexon route or the MapleStory entry in your Steam Library. In Nexon Launcher, select the MapleStory Classic World toggle before downloading. Installing a world inside MapleStory Worlds is a different route and does not install this client.
Which download should you use?

Start at the official Classic World website or the MapleStory Steam listing. The public launch was October 21, 2026; an old beta-key guide is not the installation procedure for the public release.
Windows, Mac and available languages
The launch notes confirm Windows and macOS support. Before a large download, check the current requirements on your chosen official installation page for your OS, hardware and free disk space. The Steam listing covers the bundled MapleStory product; do not interpret its full storage figure as an independently measured Classic-only download size.
The announced game languages are English, Spanish Beta and Korean Beta. The UI, class names, cash-item names and pet names remain English under the beta language policy. Our translated website guides do not imply that the client supports five languages.
Find the failing step before reinstalling

Do not repeatedly change several settings at once: after each action, note whether the error changed. That gives the next support step something concrete to work with. We have not verified a universal fix for every login error.
What to include in a support request
Use Nexon Player Support. Include operating system, launcher, the Classic World product name, exact error text, time with time zone, the last successful step and what you already tried. For example: “Steam, Windows, client opens; connection fails at 20:15 UTC after the update completed.” This is an example report, not a current outage notice. Keep passwords and verification codes out of screenshots and public posts.
Once connected, continue with the beginner milestones and AP planning before committing points on Maple Island.
